Does anyone know what the following number relates to on the bottom of a seat, RDW-92/61-0067? (picture below)

The seat is advertised on Ebay as 07' and later softail FXSTC, but I can't seem to find much info on it. When I googled it a range of seats came up, maybe it's a generic HD number.

It looks like a Badlander style low profile seat but I'm not sure just by looking at it.
