Just picked up a set of V&H short shots to put on the Streetbob . Apprently they came of a earlier streetbob

What do i do with the "flapper" when removing the original exhaust ?

dissconnect the cable fro the valve, tuck it away somewhere or remove it completely and get an "eliminator" to plug in to the wiring going to it from the ecm module so that the module still thinks it's hooked up.
Got mine for exhaust and intake from Big Joe's, used to be a site sponser here, do a search, been talked about plenty here

Yep found a couple of other threads and ordered the eliminators from Big Joes, should be here today .

 

If their Pre 06 Pipes they will not fit

were on a mates 06 SBob and have the sensor holes,  so should be right . Will see this weekend , otherwise they will be flying out the garage door !
