    Kickinon,

My axle measures 12-5/8" total length.

HD part #41547-07A it cos about $50

    Skid,

My rotor spacer is 17.2mm wide plus the spigot that fits inside the disc.

But your bike is an earlier model isn't it?

I doubt it would measure the same for yours

thanks for the imfo daggs,,ive found a shop with the axle & trees, origonal parts,
not here but in the U.S.
their happy to send them over..
l bought a set of 49mm lowers about 2 years back as (spares)to paint black & do this mod.
spent the morning wet n dryin them for 2 pack..
after seeing your conversion here youv'e inspired me to get back to it...
ill be machining the spacers/sleeves etc. as well...
are you going to use longer roter bolts? or drill 10 holes?? to attatch the spacer n rotor???

You do realize I did this 12 months ago? :)
Yes I used longer bolts. I just recently powder coated my lowers as the paint wasn't tough enough

daggs, how did you go sourcing 17mm longer torx rotor bolts??
can you point me in the direction ??
or did you use other stuff??

I just used some 316 stainless cap heads with plenty of 243 blue loctite, I machined up some nice stainless washers for them that locate in the rotor as well.

the cap heads protrude more than the torx but there is still plenty of clearance between them and the fork leg.

I use paint pen marks on alot of my critical fastners, its a trick we use in my trade for a quick reference to see if bolts may be coming loose.
