question, has anyone put mid mounts on a softail?

Hey Ralf dont no if this will help at all but could you use a heel shift from a Heritage, it would mean that the shift would be opposite, ie 1 up and 4 or 5 down (similar to some race bikes), reasonably easy to set up pegs and brake if ur smarter than me. 

why would ya ?  ,  if ya gunna do that just buy a dyna
