big radius vs slip ons

    Hi guys ive got a 07 standard thats running power commander,2-2 big rad's and v and h drak air filter.had them on for a couple of years but shes started to backfire in the arvo after sitting all day at work which is highly embarassing as she clears the whole carpark! Im thinking about putting the standard headers back on and buying some slip ons.Im sick of paying good money to the local shop with the dynojet and coming back with a shit tune and a lighter wallet.My question is can i ditch the pc3 and go back to the standards and the slipons and run the 02 sensors and airfilter sensor etc and is there a "flash tune " or stage one tune etc the shop can do on the stock computer? I notice a majority of bikes that get bought from the shop new have slip ons and a high flo airfilter and dont have a pc3 so they must be doing something to them...any help would be appreciated

    Instead of going down the track of buying slip ons (nothing wrong with big radius) why not get TTS, and tune yourself??.....I had PC111 usb and Thundermax, now have TTS (one year) and love it....

    Sooner or later your gonna need to address fuel air mixture, running it lean for too long will shorten engine life considerably.

    BTW.... I have a 07 Standard 103 ci, Andrews 54H cams, and Big sucker A/C, V&H slip ons.....
