Had a new set of pipes installed and First of all a big thanks to Walka and VPW for the top notch service and advice, and I gotta say Ian went out of his way to find the right set for the 2010. Second a big thumbs up to Rick at Rick's Bikes looked after me and the bike.....if you live in the SE of Melbourne well woth the trip to Cannons Creek, I know I'll never need to set foot in stevo's for a service again.

    Anyway here she is,

Hey Pennywise they look terrific. They look like they give better ground clearance on that side, no more scrapping??? Do they have a balance tube between the 2 pipes? Do they have the a hole for the HEGO sensors?? Looks like they remove the original exhaust mounts?

    Thanks for the comments guys,

Nimo I got the pipes for what I consider a great price compared to what else is on the market and what they are charging, talk to Walka he'll do you right through VPW

sssmour yeah I do have a bit more clearance now but not as much as you might think, they don't have the balance tube as that is removed when the original mounts are removed, and yeah they still have the O2 sensors

Cookster the tank bage is the original 2010 badge

Thanks for the reply Pennywise. How is the heat off the front pipe now it comes over the top of the foot peg area?? Do you think you would get around to adding some video on youtube so we can hear those pipes?

Mate I don't notice any more heat than before, but they are heaps louder than the SE slip ons that I had fitted. Not sure about a vid though

Did you get someome to config the SERT on a dyno or did you use a downloaded MAP? The obvious question, how does the bike perform now? How about range on a tank of fuel?
    Cheers Sam

Hey Sam I'm running the standard map on the SERT and they are good, range on the fuel is about 230 before the light comes on then i usually get to about 270 before I refill.....anyway the pipes are for sale I've taken them off the Bike as I'm looking to sell it or trade it in got my eye on a nice FatBoy Lo.....
