I have been thinking of getting a THH shorty helmet.

Does any one out there have an opinion on the comfort and performance of these helmets and if so do they stay in position at a speed past 100kph and lift up ???

I have one and find it ok, Wind noise can be a problem and frosty mornins on the ears but thats when the face mask comes in

I didn't think you could have a half helmet in AU?

So I could but one when I get there then? Not to crazy about the 3/4 buckets.

Do not go for a tight fit helmet cos you gonna have a headache on the long runs.

Get a comfortable fit and wear a bandana underneath, it will prevent a lift offs and will give you additional cushion.

Good helmets, I use one for round town here in North Queensland as it get quite hot in Summer....
