New to TTS - 1200 Sportster

    I am running S&S Slip ons and a Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather AIR Filter.

    From what i am reading, i understand that i first:

    1. Save the factory calibration

    2. Then use the latest calibration file listed in my case i think "FM171-002" and Select and set up

    3. Then save it

    4. Program it into the ECM.

    Questions: Why do i need to set the Afr table to 14.6 max values, cant I just load the calibration into the bike and ride?

    also I think you extend the rev limiter in Engine Constants, but why doesnt the graph" Air/ fUEL" Ratio grow to 7000 rpm to add a value in?

    -- So if i do begin to ride & tune the more green bars on the graph mean a better tune?

     

    ----hmn is this true statment, once you load the new claibration you go for a ride using datamaster to record the data then you use the vtune to merge the data with the new calibration file. This inturns create a corrected ve table? and you keep going like this until the you obtain power?

    I am after a power map and fuel economy map???
