Hi

My fork oil is due to be replaced (32 000km), on my 04 Heritage. 

I have read the workshop manual and it sounds pretty easy or is it?

Should I relace it with the standard HD fork oil or is they a better oil to use.

Any help appreciated

you r lucky on newer models there is no drain plug ,so u have to take the fork assembly apart and turn upside down to drain then refill after turning upright

I guess the next question is are they hard to fit?

I have found AMSOIL Shock Therapy Suspension Fluid to be an excellent product, particularly in combination with Race Tech springs and frok valves/emulators. Ask Scotty how well this combination works, he has seen the proof.
