yeah didnt even brake, just ran him straight over from behind with a trailer on, accident was on cusaks lane jimboomba, queensland, by some old fart that wasnt even looking

i ride that road when out and about and was on it the day before the accident

also my sympathy to the car driver i,m sure he was not out to target a rider on that day

he has to live with that now for life

 Thanks Fundi, I ride also, but the driver got out of his car and commented look at the dent that's in my car, they havent even been to home to apologise, not even flowers, my dad was not in the wrong, blinker on, foot on brake, stationary, doing a righty into his home driveway, the impact threw him 44 metres. The driver didnt even make an attempt to brake

Terribly saddned by reading this news , my condolences to KJ . the stupid old fart cager , should be punished in some way . i get upset reading of our brother's / sister's  fellow riders being killed by stupid cagers , that use the long used bullshit excuse "they just didnt see us"  what a load of shit . R.I.P. to our fallen Rider .

 Thanks to everyone who has sent me their best wishes and condolences, appreciate it. My Father was a good man, a basic man but an honest person, he was not in the wrong, he was not doing anything against the law, he was a 64 year old man returning home from work. I will be hounding the Logan council in the future once I get everything else out of the way, I will chase them  to have the road widened properly and made safer so that other riders aren't waisted on Cusacks lane or Teviot road in the future.
