I suggest we make 2nd pick up point at the BP 24 Hour Servo (83 Princes Highway, Albion Park Rail).

Left hand side going south and about 1 click south of the big roundabout (Illawarra Highway intersection).

At this meet point we should all sycn our fuel. 

In other words, fuel the fuck up because I am basing all other fuel stops on everyone have a full tank from 2nd Meet Point.

This BP has EFTPOS machines etc.  They say it is Truck Friendly - so should have what we need.

G'day Burra...Mummbles isn't one of the 2 that are down here so add him as an extra...

Boyz,

As you can see the numbers are building with still a good 4 weeks to go.

The Motel Manager has struck a good deal for us ($40 inlcudes a bed and cooked breakfast - plus reasonable security for the bikes).

Obviously, the motel does not have unlimited rooms to put on hold for a "tentative booking"

So, they will be looking for a $20 deposit from each person shortly.

We are negotiations (with assistance of Burto) sorting out a few things to make life easy for everyone around.

Please keep an eye on the thread as soon as I know the finer details of when & how to pay I will post it up.

METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR ACCOMODATION

If you want to ensure you have a room with cooked breekie following the below bouncing ball:

• A deposit of $20 must be lodged at the motel by 22nd August.
• The motel has reserved enough rooms for 20 people so far.
• The sooner we can get final numbers to them the better!
• The motel will refund deposits up until 2 weeks before the day (29th August).
• After that bad luck! (sounds fair to me, they have to fill rooms and its only $20!)
• Call the motel on 02 6495 1500 - have your credit card ready.
• Book under your name.  If you are also booking for a mate or mates - give them all names.
• Also, importantly tell them your are booking in with the 'Motley Crew'.
• I sent a PM to those going with the motel name / address a few days ago.
• If you didnt get it - PM me and I will send it again.

I just booked in 4 of us and when I said the Motley Crew he asked me for the date and then said am I with with the Harley Davidson group...He gave me 2 rooms,2 to a room....

Got what you are saying (Beaverman / Sparra),

2 brothers run the motel - Werner was working but his brother was off for a few days - Burto was negotiating with the brother who was on days off.

But you guys were quick off the mark to book in and Werner knew fugg all about Burto's negotiations.  Anyway - all good Werner should know by now.
