Indicators '05 Heritage

Looking to change over the standard indicators on recently purchased '05 Heritage Softail.  Been advised not too many options without rear guard works, maybe something similar to the Deluxe.  Current rear indicators look pretty shabby when stripping off the bags and pilion seat when wanting to go solo for rides.

Any ideas would be very welcomed.

Go through the Show us your bike (softail) sect and pm the owners with the indicators you like.

Hey Milo - Personally I like the indicators on the heritage, you just have to find a shorter bar for them.  The genuine harley one does not cut it, they still stick out like dogs balls (the bar is 10"), but if you look at the Kuryakyn one, it is shorter still (approx 8 1/4").  I have attached an image of mine, sorry for the crappy angle, but that is the only one I had from the rear.

Thanks HolleyFLSTC09 for the idea.  I'll definately have a look around for the shorter bar and give a shot.   Reckon your ride looks great.

Thinking outside the square, try the indicator bar from an FLHX. From memory, it should fit into the existing holes in the guard. You will have to replace the light lenses as well with later year units. There is also a USA model bar, which has the number plate as part of it. They may be on the latest model FLHX over here now. I fitted it to mine when I had one back in 06, thought it looked shit hot at the time. beagle
