be proactive.....beg / borrow or steal a possum trap...catch said cat...they are easy thing to lure with food.....dye the fucker bright pink or green...cable tie a note round it's neck & send it on it's way....let the owner know in no uncertain terms that the next time ya catch it in your property it will not come back....if they care for it ya won't see it again....and it makes it easy to find it in their yard so ya know where the fucker lives & ya can leave a burning brown paper bag on their doorstep.....
