Social Clubs Queensland has been set up as a Sub-Committee under the UMCQ. It is a venue for Social Clubs and their members to provide valuable input and support in the fight against the proposed legislation currently being reviewed by the State Government. We welcome all Social Club's, regardless of what, where and how you ride, as the proposed legislation is going to affect all of us. Replied under Queensland Rides also if anyone that does not think that this proposed new laws won't affect them sooner or later or thinks it's a big joke they are living in fairytale land think about this when is the last time any Government has bought out any laws that help motorcycle riders and not hinder them and also the media is the biggest joke around most of there reporter's would not know the differance between a bike, trike or scooter let alone who ride's them just look at that thread on this site about that radio announcer Steve Price (I think that's his name) saying if you want to find a drug lab just look for a Harley parked outside that house. Want to keep enjoying our livestyle join your local UMC what's $50 a year for social membership look at it this way you can't even buy a bit of bling for your Harley at that price cheers.
