Hey SEQ crew.

I know it's short notice. There's a poker run on for the King of the Mountain which is run by the Gympie Historical Motorcycle Society. It starts at 8am this Sunday  4th July at Stan Topper Park in Pomona for registration and leaves at 9am. I think the ride will take us around the Eumundi range and through Kenilworth .

Just thought I'd post this up, Should be a good ride

Yeah Aunty i was gunna post the event, i went last year and thought it was great, well organised, great prizes, good ride and great people, dont know if i'll be there this year but if you or any other forum members are going i'll try to get there, let me know if your a definate and i'll see if i can swing it.

Sorry Chris not gunna make it AGAIN, gotta take my sis inlaw to gympie to catch the train back to mackay, got the bike out this arvo for the first ride since i busted my ankle, got the blood flowin and cant wait to go for a decent ride.....oh btw apparently its gunna be quite chilly in the morning.

Great run today, particularly the second run, nice twisties and great views of the coast.
I'm spewin a bit because someone busted my left hand side mirror... they must have knocked it with their handbrake. Only noticed it when I got on and said to myself " hang on... this clutch handle doesn't belong down there..................... FUUUUCCCKK.............. someones just smashed my fuckin mirror". I made a pleasant speech during the next stop saying that the person who was responsible will be forgiven and to just come up to me and fess up that they did it, accidents happen, etc, etc...but nobody did.
That being said, it didn't put a damper on my spirits.... I still had a great day,........ great company, etc, etc.

   GOOD GOD, they took ya's up the posties track?  i think my ol bike woulda scraped its belly over all them drains ( speed bump style drains ), actually it wasnt long ago that track was definitely 4wd only.  But yes, certainly an interesting route this year, not gunna put my hand up just yet for your ride, if i do something is bound to stop me from making it LOL , but would be keen for sure.

I knew your mirror got broken while stopped, just used the opportunity to vent some anger at a few of them idiots, they've turned me off charity rides a bit.

Geez Trev, didn't know you had that payback side to you!!!
