Have been trying to buy a Cam Bearing Removal/Installation Tool from Gary Beatty in the States, but his email address bounces back!  (beattygw@scbglobal.net)

Anybody know how to contact him or where to buy his tool or similar.

I'm after a tool that both removes and instals the inner cam bearings in a 2007 up twin cam, as opposed to a separate tool for each.

    Thanks, Burto.

Thanks Scotty, just had a look at the Mail Administrators email and realised that this was one that bounced 5 days previously.
I had since sent another because I checked my "sent emails" and it was not there! This one was sent to the correct address. Must have copied and pasted from a different source!
    Still haven't heard back though.

Ah yes! Forgot about the July celebrations/holidays.
Have got all the other parts etc. for the cam swap on the way. Cant really afford to spend $170US + shipping for the two tools.

Don't suppose anyone on this forum might have the tool/s to sell or hire?

     Burra,

Fatbob has about 7500kms up since new in late March.

Replacing bearings not cause theyre fucked, but I replaced cams (woods 6) and might as well put good bearings in at same time. (highly recommended!)

Did the same in my 85' evo last year!....... when will Harley finally get with it and install quality bearings to start with????? 25+ years and they still dont get it!

If yours or anyone elses question is " how are the cams?"............answer is..............FUCKYEAH!!!!!!
