just bought 2010 1200 sportster custom have not got yet. never riden one befor ony my dads softail heritage. I am hoping i will not be disaponted as i use to ride sports bike and now i just want a cruizer but i want something what still goes hard if 1200 sportster go faster then say the big twin why do people trade them in. i never hear people trade say a dyna for a sporster. is it because people think that sporster ant the real thing. or what my dad say thay r for girls. i will hope to show him up and leave him for dead that will cange his mind as he has riden a sportster aswell
I have always thought that the Sportsters were the best looking of the Harley range, particularly the 1200 bikes such as the C and the Low and the Nightser is a great looking bike. I am buying a Sportser '48' ....not even seen one in the flesh yet but I like it so I'm gonna buy it....YOU decide what you ride.
