Ok, so it looks like a Pimp-Mobile and HDs are meant to look menacing and all that but there are a few 2009 models around going at a reasonable price now the 2011 ones are due in a few months. I'm tempted and the Leader of the Opposition doesn't mind too much - another bad sign . Is a Forum member permitted a ride that looks like its made out of Leggo? The usual wide and varied opinions are sought and would be appreciated. Especially yours Steamer! Somehow it doesn't look like a REAL HD. Another big downside is that these yellow ones are very slow sellers so resale will be poorer than other colours....what do you think?
Who cares if it looks like lego.....it would be the most eye catching peice of lego available.
When I was at the stealer, I said to the guy that went there with me "do you like that colour", he said "ive seen better....hahhahaha"
So I bought it.
Colour, who gives a toss, as long as you are happy. Your the one that has to spend the time polishing it.
Do you like polishing it Taff
Fellas, outstanding feedback and support - just what the Forum is all about. Thanks a million.
Dave I'm in the same boat with the full face and I'm not changing. If you've seen my handsome dial you'd understand why I have to protect it. LOL. First ride I had with Forum members I asked (only half joking) if I was allowed to ride in a full-face and Piglet (who I'm sure thought I was a total girl) said "Probably my next accessory". Top bunch of blokes.
Chnage of heart. Just bought this 2005 (says 2004 but they weren't around then) cvo Fat Boy. Yahooo! Have to sell the Iron before I can pick up the new one as I don't have parking for two. Darn...I'm busting. Thanks for all the feedback fellas.
Looks like this one:
I reckon the yella one is perfectly suited to riding through locust plagues... ...
Well done Taffy enjoy ur ride
Good on ya Taff...looks a real stunner. No problems pulling in the young ones with that bike. But I suppose given your age, thats half the population
About riding more sedately, I would say follow Rocker on a ride, but.....Ive seen what happens, so I wont give that advice hehehehe
Just watch Rocker scream past, gearing up, as he is heading into a 35 signmarked corner. No such thing as sedate there.
Enjoy it mate, and hopefully we will get to see you out on the road soon, and not travelling in the opposite direction with the Old Mans Club (possibly with SEET racing along behind wondering, is this the ones I left with )
Taffy old m8...what an outbloodystanding buy......great bike m8.....well done...look forward to seeing it in the flesh .....
