Can i fit standard forward controls to an FLST and still use my master cylinder?

    I'm thinking about buying some genuine standard softail forward controls on ebay.  I currently have floor boards on my bike.  Can i just fit them and connect them to my master cylinder or do i have to buy a different master cylinder do suit the forwards?

     Ok Wazza, but what was the answer, weve been thinking about the same thing for one of our mates 2010 Fatboy???

    Guyz,

    I have just put 3" Extended Forward Controls on my 2009 Softail Custom.

    I have the factory extrended forward controls stored here in a box.

    My bike had 5,5000 ks on the clock when I changed over to the 3 inch extended.

    So, they are virtually new and in exclelent condition.

    PM me if you might be intersted in acquiring my left overs.
