Just thought id let you all know not to use ASI motorcycles at Lonsdale in SA for any thing, i got a $100 gift voucher from a rello, so went down there back in Feb 2010 and paid $274 incl postage for a Nolan helmet, was told it would take 2 weeks thereabouts to receive, a month goes by & still no helmet, so i ring em only to be told a shipment came in & your helmet wasnt in it, so he tells me another 2 weeks i should have it, anyway i forget all about it for a couple of months & ring up again, same deal a few shipments have come in but no helmet mate (sorry we were gonna ring you) yeah when hell freezes over,
so last Friday i ring em again (thinking that maybe they shut shop & kept my dough) same deal were still waiting to get your helmet, have been chasing the supplier yadeya, would have been nice to get a phone call to update me, so i ask for my money back (no probs he says) so i give him my bank details & he tells me that because its Friday i should see the money in my account Monday, suprise suprise Monday comes, Tuesday Comes, now its Wednesday & still no money, come Friday i will be seeing consumer affairs
Just wanna let ya all know not to go there, there service is total crap
I heard a rumor that they are going to shut up shop, better get in there and demand your money back pronto.
Just letting you know that ASI Motorcycles was sold in August. 10. Went there for a tyre and new owner Darren was really helpful. Gave me a good price too.. No shit service anymore!!
I will leave this thread here as it's a good post on how they have come good but I've removed "shit" from the title.
yeah good idea but when you look up ASI motorcycles it still shows shit service. Be good if you could remove comment so it shows new owners first. Sure it would help Darren out. Cheers
