Just a quick intro...usual story been riding for years. And after a few years bikeless due to wife, kids and mortgage, etc... I have managed to squirrel away enough to pick up an 84 Softail,.Yep its a 4sp with kick only....

Hoping to use this site as a reference to kick around a few ideas I have for the old girl...

Heres a pic of the donor bike the day it arrived. It now has some 16in apes on it. Just waiting on the extended cables and then I'll takes some decent pics.

And here is a pic of the roller that is waiting for me to strip down the above and load it up. But I'm gonna ride the old girl for a season first.
