HUH ?? i didnt read all of the above but does this mean a cop could hand a judge a piece of paper that could be a load of pig crap and signed by someone that doesnt really exsist just so the cop looks good and the innocent accused gets jail.....i'll read it all when iv'e sobered up a tad lol.
