yeah.. seen them for sale in the markets in Beijing. Picked one up for RMB1,200 ($A200) back in 2005 before I lost 20+KG. It was marked on rack at RMB5,000 and when I asked the price she said RMB6,000... fuggers always think us westerners were born yesterday. My starting price was RMB1,200 and I still think I paid too much and my Chinese mate thought so too.. lol

I bought two of those FXRG waterproof midweight jackets on one of my trips to the US for under US$500 each. I thought it was a good buy as they were around A$1200 here. Beautifully made in China. Even the yanks have to buy Chinese. Lost the tag off the main front zip on both of them in a year. Harley here said GF'd so I had to struggle with the zips till I went back to the US and made a warranty claim there. These jackets have 5 year warranties by the way. Left them at the dealer in Connetticut and 3 weeks later got a call back here in Sydney to say they have given me two brand new replacements. Two problems; firstly the new zip which is a YKK now is not waterproof like the original one and secondly they wanted to charge US$350.00 to ship them back to me. These jackets are heavy. After alot of rooting around they shipped them to the mob I work for who duly put them in a container for me. Even with the not so waterproof zip, these jackets are the best Ive come accross. The sizing is great as well. Oh when they say XL they mean XL in the US. I got a XL Tall - perfect fit.

Well my jacket turned up, and the quality is really first rate. Unfourtunately it's a bit too big for me !.

If anyones wants it, they can have it for $250 + post. Cost me around $280. Normaly their around $800 here.

It's size is "large" , and  I'd say it would be close. Laid flat, it measures about 23.5" across the waist. 24.5" across under the arms.

Do you have a Harley shop near you ? Maybe you could try one for size ?
