Just got a '09 Road King. When I want to lightly increase the revs, the throttle feels notchy/sticky.

Not a problem when you twist the grip for normal acceleration, more when you are just 'feathering' the throttle.

It's fly by wire type throttle....any thoughts?

Yes mate. It's definately internal. Probably a similar feeling if the throttle lock was tight.
