    Hey all,

Just thought I'd let you know that I'm leaving SEQ to start a new job in Townsville next month. I'll be moving up in mid-July, taking Nyx with me. Still house-hunting and packing at the moment But I will be on the ride to Natural Arch on Sunday so hope to catch up with some of you before I head North. It has all happened rather quickly (especially compared to the drawn-out wait I had for the US job) so I haven't had a chance to see people and let them know individually. But at least I'll just be up the road a bit.

Hope to catch up with as many as possible before I head off.

    Cheers
    Trace

Geez Trace that was sudden , didn't think we were that bad here in SEQ  if i don't catch up with you before you go, have a great time up that way, the north is a good place, and no doubt we are all going to be sad to see you go all the best, might just see you up there one day, SEQ road trip to Townsville via Emerald that would be a good trip, cheers and all the best.

Thanks Guys. Yeah, it has been pretty sudden... and yes, at JCU. A bugger you have to work on Sunday Homerd, would've been good to catch up with ya again. Hopefully it won't be too long before I road-trip back down, or some of you get brave enough to venture North. I'm hoping Carmila still has fuel, as it'll be a close call on Nyx from Marlborough to Sarina. I'm going to miss you lot... our rides, the laughs and the roads. Though I'm looking forward to exploring some new roads.

Trev- I'll be in the faculty of Law, Business and Creative Arts but am more focussed within the Sport, Event & Tourism Management area.

CONGRATULATIONS on the new job Trace - WELL DONE, but we will miss you VERY MUCH.

UNFORTUNATELY I can't make the ride on Sunday now so won't be able to say goodbye personally but hopefully we'll catch up somewhere around the traps in the not too distant future and with the Forum you'll never be too far away.

ALL THE BEST for your new adventure XX.

    Hey Roadie,

Thanks for that! I've actually got a hire car for the week as I've got lots of properties to get around to have a look at. But thanks for the offer... much appreciated!

    Cheers

Witness the Orange and Black Greater Southern Harley Bird as it migrates north to warmer climates in search of food and shelter.....this phenomenon has been seen previously with some males of the species, which tend to migrate inland where the female stays closer to coastal areas.

Hope it goes well for you Trace. Makes for a good trip down to Brissy - about 1400 ks?

I hear there are some corners around Townsville too, which is more than I can say for Rob and me.

anyway we all know it's not really a goodbye but a 'see ya on the next one', whenever that may be.

Anyway just gives us an excuse to head north so you can show us around, gunna miss ya on the rides girl

Thanks guys, overshot the last stop unfortunately :(
I'm glad to have caught up with most folk yesterday even though I didn't do the last stop and say a proper goodbye... but it's not really goodbye, it's just going to be a little bit longer till the next ride.
    BTW Ms Daisy..... you rock!

Mission accomplished. Found a nice place out Bohle Plains way that I'll be able to call home. On my way back to the Gold Coast now with 10 days to pack and get shipped out.

Congrats on finding somewhere Trace, now think of the fun you can have playing with those Short Legged, Long Nose Swamp Terriers that inhabit the North of this wonderful state, have a safe trip up to T/ville, you can't beat Northern Hospitality, all the best Trace.

Thanks mate! And as much as I'm going to miss playing with all the Southern Swamp Terriers, I am excited about the move.
