Hi all

 

My wife has a 2005 Custom Sporster. Last weekend re road from Brisbane to Rocky and back, she is now complaining thatthe suspension is too firm and shaking her to bits. Is or are there softer suspension ie rear shocks availible? She has progressive springs in the front forks?

G'day Lano. My experience with stock HD shocks have been they are too soft with all the pre-load removed. Has the pre-load been wound down?

got ikons on my custom sportster made a huge difference.

I got a 2005 Custom 1200 sporty, the stock shocks are crap, I put Ikons from Albury (yeah local for me) on & rode the bike to Perth & back, they are great for me. I am a few kilo's under 70.
