Unbelieveable, another nail in the coffin of our freedoms. The nannny state is out of control.

Everyone that gets one of these bullshit fines should take it to court and see if it stands up.  Freedom to swear is freedom of speech.  Where the fuck do they stop, you won't be able to swear in a book or movie or on a website.  Assholes.

Mate, if ever there was a reason to start a push to abolish state governments, laws like this are just the thing to do it.  Imagine living in a country where you could swear publicly in one state but not another, sound like comedy, it's reality.

Born in Queensland love this State but it's all fucked up now with this fucking bitch in power Queensland is getting to be one of the most expenisve States to live in but still one of the lowest paid wages for workers and now this brain dead bitch want's to suck out more money from those who can least afford it by pushing these fines onto the public Queensland might have to start building more jails because that's where the poor people who can't afford to pay these stupid fines are going to end up fucking Bligh has got to go.

    Dear Arrogant Gumbiment Shitforbrains,

For some time the Gumbiment have been implementing BS dictatorial legislation against the very people they are meant to represent...

Undoubtedly, this ranks up there with the best of them (SOCCA, CCA etc...)

Children and adults are becoming increasingly aware of what the Gumbiment is up to...

Keep in mind that there elections from time to time...

You continue ignore the will of the people at your own peril...

    Obviously choosing arrogance over governance...

Usually I wouldn't bother explaining but as we are talking about our Govt, please read the first letter of each sentence to truly understand my message to them...

    Sump...

Just looking at the legislation it would seem that they have ALWAYS been able to sting you for swearing, its just now they can issue tickets for it (instead of say throwing you in the paddy wagon)

Also keep in mind its not just swearing but OFFENSIVE language, so i guess it has to be said in a certain way.

Though that's up to how offended those listening are i guess.

    Confusing.
