The dentist told me to get an Oral B professional. Best investment I've made for my teeth. After I chewed a plaque tablet, I used this new brush and it got the plaque off within 2 minutes. Features include a 30 second interval timer with a 2 minute alert that says you've finished, a recharger that is left on all the time. I got it cheap through work.

Oral B is the way to go since most people already have a heavy breather kit installed.

Can you get an aftermarket motor that has better a rpm? Like an S&S Oral B?
