if it's just broken rivets , use pop rivets with a washer inside

i didn't think leather would burn like that. WTF. Ive done horrible things to my welding gloves etc but never seen anything like that from resting on hot metal. makes me wonder how real that leather is.

You'll need a fuckin big rivet to fix that....I think by now, new ones are lookin good....beagle

You can get them from Bikers Gear Australia (google it) they are selling saddle bags for what appears to be a good price, but don't expect $3 to $400 bags for $150. You can give them a ph call to enquire & they will send you the stuff within a couple of days.
