Dumb question for Shovel experts. Can an 80's Shovel with electric start be adapted to be a kicker also? Whats involved? Thanks for any advice. Cheers

You can buy a kit for a 4 speed to convert to kicker, your exhaust if original will not fit as it will foul the kicker, if you replace the exhaust be careful it may foul your battery if you have the big FLH battery, other than that a common conversion, if you have a new style electronic ign it may not work with a kickstart as some of them are electric start only  as in the engine has to turn over 2-3 times before it fires.
