I bought the Peter Stevens $350 special - Well nothing special indeed.
If you could afford it, get Handy brand. This is what all the pro's outthere use. Otherwise, I think they all are fairly average.

I bought a bike lift from REPCO in town here. $150 on sale. Come round and check it out when you have a chance.
It might not fit on the dyna without an attachment to mount to the chassis rails ?? Not sure... Check it out anyway.

Hey Shadow, I reckon it depends on what you want to do to your bike, I built one of these  http://www.nightrider.com/biketech/bikelift.htm

It does me, I bought one of the standard type Repco/ Autozone ones and also bought the dyna pads for the frame but didn't like the set up. The $20 one holds the bike steady as and I put 2 ring fittings on it so I could strap the bike too. I use my lift for changing the rear and front tyres and for cleaning the spokes ect.

    Cheers

great info, might try to drop in on Friday Rooster after work, thanks.

PS shfunky that does look sweet might make one of them up just for a quick lift save draping out a bigger lift and having to jack up etc.
