I remember looking high and low for a fuel gauge when I had my sporty and nothing was around. I noticed in the GMA catalogue that they've finally developed one. Interesting design having it embedded in the master cylynder cap, seems to do the job:

If you're good a keeping track of you km's when you fill up, then one of these won't be of any real value. I still count my km's on the Dyna and that has a fuel gauge.
