They sent me to physio. gave me a stress ball to squeeze then gave me a bill for $175 for 45 mins. whos fkin balls were they squeezin, told them to stick there physio up where the monkey shoves it nuts

Well had my first physio session yesterday.
my finger hasn't stopped hurting since, they don't take it easy, they get straight into it and bend the shit out of it.
but at least the movements coming back.

My finger got a good work out today on our south bound ride.

This is the result of loading a mates XR600 into a trailer.
Bike rolled back and as I went to grab the tyre to slow the bike I managed to shove my finger in between the chain and rear sprocket. Quick trip to the casualty dept and they chopped off the exposed bone and sewed it up, (wouldnt let me video the action either) couldnt sew the chopped off bit back cos 1, it wouldnt have taken and 2, the mates dog pinched it and ran off, bastard dog. Got a script for panadol forte and a box of jimmies and still went away for the weekend albeit in the support vehicle.12 months later went back to have the nail bed taken out as the nail had grown back pretty retardedley. Ended up with Golden Staph in the finger. Most pain I have felt in my life and I have had 2 ex-wives. Anyway it grew back again so no I am not goin back to have the nail bed taken out again.
I can still count to 9 and 3/4 though.
If nothing else buy a couple of finger stalls for winter, I had some leather ones made up real cheap in Bali and they are fantastic. Good luck with it mate Cheers Burnzi

Hey Bakes I cant stress how much a finger stall helped, dont know how cold it gets where u are but over here where it rains for 9 months and drips off the trees for the other 3, the finger stalls are great. Made the first ones by cuttin them out of riggers gloves. Cheers hope all heals well. Burnzi.

Sorry mate I didnt know when they were suggested to me either. Basically a sock to go over the finger and a tie to go around ur wrist. I will take a photo and post it if u like, they are expensive and usually ill-fitting if u purchase at the chemist, thats why i cut one out of a riggers glove and then when I went to Bali had half a dozen made up in different colored leathers.
