I would like to know why these idiots keep refering to "bikies" when clearly this is not about bikies at all.

The bill targets anyone (criminal or otherwise) that associates with a criminal (whether they know the person is a criminal) 6 times within a year OR associates with any cirminal(s) on 6 occasions within a year.

The very idea of it is so ridiculous it isn't even funny - the fact that anyone has been gullible enough to think this will achieve anything other than creating MORE criminals is beyond me.

What is the definition of a criminal? I know plenty of good solid members of the community that have been convicted of one crime or another in the past - do they now have to pay for their crime long after they have repaid their debt to society?

The very idea of this legislation undermines the whole concept of rehabilitation - commit a crime, any crime and you are damned forever - so it seems.
