our view from the video was a total different view from where the officer was standing, angles do show a different story

his body language (of the rider) should have had the finger off the trigger as he did stop and appeard to comply to direction, but I dont know the stress level of policing in that area, US police have a higher getting shot at rate than here

Just makes you wonder if if its an out for the cop! Watch the vid a few times, a it does look like when  he stops the bike and the cop gets out the guy glances over his right shoulder (knowing that the cop is on the left ) then appears to have his hand in his right pocket.(Just an indipendant view).
