Not a bad looking bike don't really like the exhaust, they're getting a little more distinct but all I see is a Night-train with the Nightrod exhaust slapped on it.

they do serve a purpose though, i bought a V star 650 classic aka fatboy ripoff, mainly because i liked the style & needed a bike to ride untill i got my full licence, but now i got the springer i rarely ride the v star, once u been on the hog you dont wanna go back, plus the v star is a horrible bike to ride, suspension way too soft & dont get me started on the vibrations, you ride it for a couple of hours and when you get off you can still feel the vibrations, but it did serve a purpose, now the missus has it until she get her full licence.

    my 2 cents

I had a 1997 Yamaha XVS1100 Custom that looked like a softail. and it did actually look quite nice, however even after a short ride my back ached, my rear end was sore, my neck was screaming out in pain, but I had heaps of fun.

I have ridden many types of bikes since 1972, and riding is my passion, it really didn,t matter what I was on as long as I could get out scrape some foot pegs and have a wow of a time, rain hail sleet or snow never stopped me. Now I have finally been able to purchase my dream bike, a 2010 heritage softail, I am very impressed with the way it has been put together, it handles quite well due to the low centre of gravity and I get less aches and pains, now that I am an old fella, this helps alot. It doesn,t really matter what you ride, Japanese, English, American, etc if it feels good and puts a smile on your face then go for it. Just remeber to stay alive.
