The Bad Penny Bike Run is on again 17th and 18th May in Lake Mundi. 30 dollars buys you a weekend of great entertainment including 3 bands, sand drags and a wet t-shirt competition. The run leaves from the Penola Shell Service Station at 10:30am sharp. The approx. 200 km ride will go through Edenhope with Lunch at the Harrow Pub and onto the privately owned Lake Mundi site. Bring a swag, the event will be well catered with food and alcohol at reasonable prices. Tickets can be bought at the site or at the Penola Shell. Any enquiries call Stretch on 0429 671 200. forcasting a top of 12 degrees rain and hail for saturday so doesn't look promising

I've just seen a flyer for the run. No BYO, NO Glass, but the good news THE GATES OPEN FRIDAY NIGHT and there will be a big bonfire to thaw out by.
