Front Wheel Options

    I am not a big fan of the 21" front wheel on my FXSTC and was gonna change it over to a 19"...Before I spend the dollars I was wondering if there are many other options...Has anyone put anything else on to replace the stock 21"..

    Recommend the 19 mate, have done it to 2 wideglides over the years, improves handling and grip, not hard to lower the guard to suit.

    Check it out on 85 Wideglide....

    Great look Burto...Did you buy the rim and spokes and use your original hub or did you source a complete wheel???

    Thanks Fellas, pretty proud of it, unfortunately have to sell her after 10 years, cant afford to keep two! Now ride 2010 Fatbob.

    Sparra, I bought a new rim and stainless spokes and relaced to original hub. The guard is original so is a little narrow, just barely covers 110 tyre, but does the job no worries. The 19 has been on there for 10 years, only got around to lowering the guard last year( before a respray), sits nice and low on the tyre now.
