However, one would not be far wrong is saying perhaps a tad too much Liquid Courage.

 It provides a whole lot of falsities in balance, speed / distance estimations etectra

 BTW, you painted the picture very well - I could see that cenotaph looming up with the right angle turn waving bye, bye to the rider.

Ooh, and the noise of those scrappping pipes where bouncing off the walls of the building each side of the main street. 

Customising does not necessarily make a bike a problem for riding

i have spent a lot on customising my ride and ride to to most states on a regular basis

being an idiot on a bike make things dangeruous

serve the poor cunt right ... but i still dont see the point of your rant ... any dickhead can ride a bike new off the floor and come unstuck , or for that matter be stupid enough to be pissed and ride .... Just leave it to Darwin I say

 I'm with you Flan.  Someone said, " A man's got to know his limitations".  Problem with the whole thing is statistics. Get enough nongs doing this and some pollie will introduce more restrictions on our way of life. 

I learn't many years ago, that booze and bikes don't mix.......and broken collar bones hurt like shit.
