Last night my wife was rinding her 2005 883 Sportster Custom. On leaving the lights the bike coughed and cut out. The engine light came on, the bike would then turn over but not start.  She tried again and lost all battery power having no lights or starter   After waitig about 15 minutes the battery power  returned a(lights and starter) and the bike started and was able to be ridden home.

I'm suspecting a master fuse type problem, has anyone got any idea or had any similar experiences?
