One for you mid coast QLD riders, this sunday.

It was a good day with a great turnout and at a guess there would have been at least 150 bikes on the ride there was only a couple downside's one is when we rode to the Bucca pub from Avondale pub that road was total shit everyone I talked to agreed about that and talking about Avondale pub first time there for me and what a great country pub sitting the beer garden with a gentle breeze blowing it a nice place to kickback I will go back there for a ride and the only other let down was at the Bucca pub on there food and drink price's $3 for a snag in a peice of bread is way over the top and also the bqq lunch $12 for a couple snags a bit of salad and coldslaw and the drink price's let's say they were a bit steep as well and pubs like this need to learn that not all of us have deep pockets and when we feel we are getting ripped off we go elsewhere.

I go on the ride again next year if they do it again but if we follow the same route as we did this year I be staying at the Avondale pub and kickback in there beer garden and give the Bucca pub the big miss.

yeah was a good turn out Andrew (monarofan) Laurie (wideguy) Jilli (Jilli96) And me Tony (ubdead) were all very hung orver but we went . we did the first leg to Avondale Pub and when the band started and said we are here to entertain you for the next 3 hrs we said no thanks and peeled. later to find out it was only a hr or so but was good anyways .

yep wasn't a bad turnout on the day, plenty of bikes,
lucky we didn't have to wait too long to take off from the starting point, the night before was catching up with us and we were going down for the count , hahaha,
once we left the Avondale pub, it was a brisk ride back to Bargara, just to make Wideguy feel that little bit homesick for the SEQ rides, LOL

Hope to meet some of you there. Wont have my Road Glide with me from Colorado but would like meeting some of you. Will try to be online once I get there Friday the 28 May.

Wish I could have been here for this one. Family set for camping up Bundaberg way.

Came in Friday morning from Colorado for a weeks visit. Will be at RSL sometime  Monday the 31st.
