Well there's as good a reason as any to stay out of SA - not that I needed a reason.
It's funny though, I remember going to an anti-headlight rally in the late 80's (they wanted to fine riders for not riding with their headlights on) and it was claimed then that we would have to wear high visibility vests and reflectors etc.
It hasn't happened and thankfully they never introduced the headlight fines but they did hard-wire all new bikes headlights on which is raping your battery everytime you start your bike.
I am pretty sure that all car drivers would be safer if they wore a helmet while driving - will they introduce that as legislation?
I don't think so...
I think this vest is highly visible
oops the pic didn't come out. I'll try again.
Ride around and look like a squid jig..that would be right .
I wear HI VIS BLACK. It is pretty popular cause everyone seems to be wearing it
I would still like to see a link to where this is coming from, I've had a search around and cant find anything
Even asked our traffic techs at work and they dont know anything either
Proof please
Just buy the Hi Vis vest, then dye it black !!!!!! It is still a Hi Vis vest, just the coulour is changed.
nobody
my dumb question for the day... so how we gonna differentiate between learners and experienced riders?
me thinks this is just a ploy for the girls boys in blue to blend in and feel wanted
