I have bought a set of new Ikon springs for my 2005 Sportsta C.

Is it just a matter of taking off the two big nuts on the top of the forks, pulling out the standard springs & putting in the new ones ?????. Then how much oil do I put in??? I am only 70 kg so what weight oil should I use ???

I would appreciate any advice
