Hey boys just askin for some advice for a mate who is not on the forum yet.

He has a 05 fatboy S&S 510 Cams, 42 mm Mikuni. He wants a bit more punch but is on a very tight budget any advice. I thought a good set of heads but would he have to up date the pistons & bore as well ??????  any help is great

If he`s on a budget of any kind it may be best to leave it be, costs blow out when you start upgrading and there is no point in doing a half arsed job.Not trying to rain on his parade.

My opinion only, but to get a decent improvement over what he has, you would need headwork, compression and probably new cams to suit.  Would probably blow the budget !
