Not sure what the hell is going on, But in the last 2 weeks, 2 blow outs, front and rear & sept last year i did another rear blow out.
The last rear had a bubble in it and exploded @ 80 ks , No damage done, Sent it off to the tyre people (shinko) and no claim, Said i rode it under inflaited, What aload of crap.
I think you would no if the tyre was low in psi, Front tyre not sure can't find anything, Just went flat, What a mongrel to ride when it was flat. So im going of the white walls and back to Dunlops, My bro works at a tyre dealer ship and got me a rear tyre for a slab (thnx bro) . And he is looking at the front as we speak. fingers x
So if anyone is running SHINKO (shitko) Change em.........My brother had a bo peep and said it looked like seppo (tread came away from the belts) or something like that.
Sounds like the tyres may not be rated to take the weight ???????????
Or maybe their rating system is a little over rated,to try and cash in on the HD market.Probably ok on a sports tourer !!!!!
nobody
Cheers guy's and i am hearing you RT, thats why im going back to Banglops,(dunlops)
The load rating is the same if not bigger for the rear tyre, And the front tyre is the same 1 as when i got it, Ive done about 13,000 ks and its still 60-70% tread left,So milage i cant complain, They grip ok (wet/dry), But i am going back to black walls, Just waiting on the front tyre, And i still can't find why the front went down..........
