I was just wondering if anyone in Sydney would be interested in a short ride to meet and greet, one night this week to Harry's at Liverpool? I am free any night except Thurs. night and was thinking Wed. night would be good, but if Fri. is better for you guys that is OK too. I know its a bit short notice, but, I have had to work heaps of weekends and havent been able to get along to any of the rides you guys have had, so I thought just a little informal get together over a pie or 2 would be a great chance to meet a few more of you guys. The only one I've met so far is Hounddog. Anyway, let me know if anyone is interested.

Sounds like a great way to start the ANZAC weekend! I'll be there on the 'Couch'. Might even get the missus out - tell her we are going to dinner with friends!!

Looks like I have to miss this one. Kids want to watch the Bulldogs and Broncos at ANZ stadium.
No worries Frank, other opportunities will come along, in fact I was thinking of throwing around the idea of a semi-regular run just to somewhere in the greater Sydney area, say every couple of months or so, to a different part of Sydney so different people could have a chance to have it close to their area once in a while, maybe North to Hornsby, then South to Campbelltown next time and west to Penrith next time, or East to Bondi or something like that. Nothing too formal, just a little ride to a good kebab shop or pub or whatever for a bit of feed and a bit of a yarn or 2. Might give some folks who may work a lot (like me for example(LOL)) and cant get to the longer runs a chance to catch up briefly from time to time. Anyway, if anyone thinks it is a good idea or even a dumb idea, let me know.

Ok I found the area on the cumbullbum hwy on google earth.... so I know sort of where to go....which building is Harry's in.... see ya there... if I don't get LOST first ...
was a great night for a ride... was good to catch up & chew the fat.... that's in the pies of course..... took me just under an hour to get home....

It was great to meet you and the other guys, fantastic night for a ride, couldnt ask for better weather, even though my ride home was only about 15 mins if that.(LOL)
When I got home I was able to look at the bike properly in the light, and found that the top O-ring on the front inlet pushrod tube was not seated properly, I fixed it and its all good now (well it will be, after I clean all the oil off the motor tomorrow that is!)
