On my trip to Perth & back my luggage wore some of the paint on the exposed part of the rear mudguard between the seat & the no plate. I think the only way to sort it out would be to repaint it, or should I say have it repainted. I have a compressor & a cheap spray gun & can use it but my quality is not that good. Anyone got an idea as to how much it should cost to get it repainted. Its a 2005 Sportsta C standard mid blue sort of very fine metal flake finish with a line of pin stripping down each side.
Next time put clear contact over rub areas, that was some ride, i`d be tempted just to leave it as is, doing all them k`s the bike will collect a few more dings and scratches.
