Just putting around town I wear the obligitory teritory clobber. Shorts and T shirt

Longer trips with speed involved, Rossi boots, Draggin jeans and a Harley jacket that has removable zip out panels for ventilation. Most of the jacket becomes like the old fishnet Tshirts from yesteryear. The protection remains around the sholders and sleeves.  Cost me around $700 when I bought the bike and well worth it. I bought some Harley gloves in Adelaide that have leather palms but a stretchy material on the back which also lets the breeze flow through. Doesn't really matter to me how hot the weather is. As soon as you start moving the aircond comes on!

Sounds good, but I'm surprised that a certain Corona drinking bloke here on the forum hasn't chimed in,,,,,,

He has been known to wear only chaps, oh, and i believe of recent a pair of Pink Rubber Gloves !,,, regardless of climatic conditions

A few years back when I was living up in Darwin my wife brought us some Kevlar mesh long sleve pull over tops made by Draggin, they worked real good were pertty expensive but ya can get away with wearing just a singlet under them just need to watch out for sunburn, also being kevlar they don't wear out.

Unfortunatly I got a little big for my kevlar top and now wear my HD leather jacket when on the highway, it has front and back vent zippers in it but I can't feel any difference in air flow between open and closed, hot days I just open up the jacket about 1/2 and that seems to give enough air flow to keep me cool.

Dicko, I got a perforated leather jacket from Peter Stephens in Adelaide for $450. It's got a zip out liner with amour on the elbows, shoulders and back. It's not too hot riding to and from work and on the open road you don't over heat. On another trip to Adelaide I picked up a leather vest which has turned out to be pretty handy with plenty of pockets for phone, wallet etc.

At the end of the day though, I enjoy tshirt and jeans, probably not the smartest thing..............
