Kenilworth sounds good to me. Playlunch at the cafe and perhaps a ride up the Obi Obi to Mapleton, then to Montville and Maleny for lunch, then down to Landsborough and the North coast ppl can break away and head home or something else. That Obi Obi rd is a very slow and picturesque ride ( a first or second gear ride for me) and can be dangerous in the wet as well as the hoons on their jap bikes, so please take care...

Shit mate not much good me doing the route, I get lost in a car park  plus I don't know that area all that well either. Happy to go with whatever everyone else thinks. I live at Burpengary

Yep, still not charging the battery, but battery may have dropped a cell due to the previous probs. Battery was

checked though and showed OK. Fukt if I know wots going on.

Nthside m/cycles has it again and going to sort it for me. Told em I dont want it back till its right.

I may be a starter for the labour day long w/e but don't want to have to steal your battery again Trev! 

Just a thought. I've just had my stator replaced due to a minor oil leak IN the wires out of the primary. Perhaps you may have a stator problem. In saying that, there's probably 10 or so other things it could be. Just thought I'd share one of my experiences.

Tks Aunty, stator was checked by an auto sparky and was throwing out plenty of charge.

Still waiting for the prognosis from the mechanic........
