I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a good place to stop thats about a third of the way?

Google maps shows Gympie as about halfway and its a pretty long ride in one go to get there

Would be good if we could find a servo to fuel up, have a toilet break and a stretch a bit sooner than Gympie.

Then we can carry on to the servo just past Sexy coffee (don't anybody say stop at Sexy coffee)

ubdead66 where I work at the race track here in Bundaberg we're racing thoroughbreds from about 1-4pm if anyone is intersted in watching and or gambling on the horses.............

ok folks, here's the deal,

depart BP northbound (Morayfield ?) on the highway at 8.30am,
BP Morayfield to Matilda Servo 10klms south of Gympie for pit stop, approx 120klms, approx 1hour 30 mins,
Matilda to Mobil Torbanlea 15 mins north of Maryborough, approx 120klms, approx 1 hour 40 mins
Torbanlea to Bargara is 105 klms, approx 1 hour 40 mins

these stops are purely fuel and a stretch stops, they will have the usuall truck stop foods though, these times including ball scratching ( girls not included)  should get us to Bargara about 4pm

I'm keen to bunk in with someone to share costs but probably best I get someone who is keen to book a joint with separate bedrooms due to some ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ which may escape after a few drinks.......

if we can all get to BP Boolture at 8 then we can leave at the latest 9 these time are flexible i keep tell you all dont get booged down in the details . we have 2 nights there so we have heaps of time . Lets not forget half the fun is the ride ..


i was thinking as we may or may not know Pan.s jacket was in the form of a blue flano so to those who have 1 bring it along and on sat night we all wear it for a photo shoot . just a thought

Anyone who hasn't yet got accomm, I just booked a room at the pub. (07) 41592232.
$65 a night and there's a couple of beds in each room.
I'm best to sleep by myself but if you haven't got accom yet, this is a pretty cheap option.
Chromer will be staying at this accom too.
